Hazardous Waste Collection Offered To Round Rock Residents

The program offered through the City offers designated dates for residents to safely dispose of residential paint and harmful chemicals.

ROUND ROCK, TX — The City of Round Rock invite residents to participate in their monthly Household Hazardous Waste Collection to safely dispose of residential paint and other household chemicals offered free for City of Round Rock water utility customers. Offered every first Wednesday of the month from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m., events are held at the Deepwood Recycling Center located at 310 Deepwood Drive, Round Rock, TX 78664.

The upcoming collection will be held Wednesday, September 2 from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. and participants are asked to bring their driver's license and City water bill as proof of residency. City of Georgetown, Brushy Creek MUD, and Fern Bluff MUD residents may participate with a valid voucher. See Voucher Program for details. Non-residents may participate at a $40 per car cost to drop off materials. Only residential waste in quantities of 25 gallons or less. More information can be found HERE.
