In the Mar. 1 election, Carter will run against two other Republicans: Mike Williams of Georgetown and Abhiram Garapati of Leander.   2. The Norwich University wrestling team, the Cadets, won 23 to 22 against Southern Maine on Feb. 12. Round Rock native, middle weight Tyler Barker, won a decision victory for the Cadets. (Norwich Athletics)
