Multicultural Mingle Food Fest Celebrates Black History Month
Austin and neighboring communities are invited to a Food Fest celebrating multiculturalism and meet new friends from diverse backgrounds.
ROUND ROCK, TX — In an effort to bring together cultures and facilitate meeting new people of diverse backgrounds, Multicultural Mingle was established in the Austin area and its neighboring communities. The group comes together monthly to host themed event that celebrate uniqueness, but bridge the commonalities that unite us and humans. For the month of February, Multicultural Mingle celebrates Black History Month with a family-friendly gathering featuring delicious African cuisine.
Multicultural Mingle Food Fest will be held on Sunday, Feb. 23 from 1:15 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. at Cat Hollow Park located at 8600 O'Connor Dr, Round Rock, TX 78681. Highlights will include a taste of the famous West African Jollof rice recipe and many others. There will be complimentary drinks, games and more.
