Round Rock 5K Celebrates Leap Day 2020
It's A Leap Thing 2.29 Mile & 5K Run/Walk invites families and runners of all levels to come out and enjoy a morning alongside neighbors.
ROUND ROCK, TX — The Round Rock community is invited to celebrate Leap Day with a special event happening once every four years! It's A Leap Thing 2.29 Mile & 5K Run/Walk is an invitation to help friends and neighbors kick off the year on a path toward improved fitness and health. Proceeds from the event will benefit Success High School's Life Mastery sponsored by the Lone Star (TX) Chapter, The Links Incorporated.
Scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 29 beginning at 7 a.m., the run will take place at Old Settler's Park located at 3300 N. Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665. This event is open to the public and children ages 12 and under enter FREE. Runners/walkers registered by Feb. 20 receive a t-shirt and finishers medal. Registration is $29, click HERE for more.
