Round Rock Hosts Community Virtual Career Workshop

ROUND ROCK, TX — Whether you're a recent college graduate, or looking to transition to a new career field, the City of Round Rock invite you to a free virtual career workshop for an opportunity to explore ways to secure the job you want. The virtual event, Career Secret Workshop, will be held via Microsoft Teams and will offer insight on how to get the job or career you really want; how to discover your talents; personal branding; and more.

The virtual workshop will be held Wednesday, August 12 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. and all are invited to attend. Participants will learn how to develop a step-by-step plan with action items to implement immediately as a way to begin reaching your goals. Elaine Davis, award-winning Career Strategist, will share lessons learned in the course of her successful 20+ career as a corporate leader with Amazon, Nike, and American Express, respectively.
