Round Rock Yoga Studio Offering Special Class To Ring In New Year

ROUND ROCK, TX — If you're like most, you've already started planning ahead into the new year. Resolutions, goals, whatever you'd like to call them, it's important to always look ahead with optimism and set yourself up for success. This new year, why not try something different that will help you welcome 2020 on the right foot. The New Year Ritual and Sound is a whole-body and mind renewal offered at Soul Strong Yoga.

The special New Year's Day offering will let participants reflect on the previous year and glimpse with clarity at what lies ahead. The session will include a playful flow to warm the body and release stagnant energy, inviting brighter energy into the new year. There will be a restorative savasana sound bath that allows the vibrations of the crystal bowls to open a space of rest and renewal.
