Virtual Club Explores Science Of Water

The Camacho Activity Center will host a 3-session virtual club featuring science experiments, discussion, and hands-on activities.

ROUND ROCK, TX —Science enthusiasts will have a fun and unique opportunity to discover the water cycle in a virtual club that explores Austin water ways and pollution through scientific experiments. The Camacho Activity Center invite the community to a virtual club offering 3 sessions on Tuesday, July 7 - Thursday, July 9 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. for a fascinating look into water cycles and how they relate Austin water ways and assess the impact of polluted water systems.

The virtual family-friendly event will offer fun scientific experiments including building self-contained water cycles and how to create a water filter, with each session building on the other. Participants are encouraged to register for all three events. Each club is capped at 12, participants are encouraged to register early. A link to the virtual club meeting and material list will be emailed ahead of the event, and some materials will be made available for pick up at the Camacho Activity Center in advance of the meeting.
