Virtual Paint N' Chat Offers Parents Opportunity To Quell Anxiety

The Back-to-School Paint N'Chat is a chance for parents and caregivers to learn how to navigate stress and anxiety amid COVID-19.

ROUND ROCK, TX — As uncertainty continues to loom amid the COVID-19 pandemic and a surge in new cases, many parents and caregivers are challenged by the prospects of sending their children back to school for in-person instruction. In an effort to help ease some of the anxiety surrounding the current public health crisis, parents and caregivers are invited to a virtual "Back-To-School" Paint N' Chat with Parent Coach, Cheryl Hersh.

The virtual event takes place Thursday, July 30 from 6:30 p.m. and offers an opportunity for parents and caregivers to connect with others, to build support and gain insight on how to navigate the back-to-school anxiety in the age of COVID-19. Participants will also be invited to participate in a relaxing painting session (no previous experience required).

The virtual event will be held via Zoom and participants will be provided upon ticket purchase. For more details, including ticket information click HERE.
