Tiny Habits for Coronavirus Challenge offers expert advice on a range of topics to help ease or manage the stress of living amid COVID-19.
ROUND ROCK, TX —Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything , a New York Times Best-Selling Book offering insight from behavioral scientists and experts on simple ways to improve your life, will host Tiny Habits for Coronavirus Challenges throughout April.
The free webinars will feature short sessions ranging in length from 15- 45 minutes, and will offer a range of topics to help manage the stress of living amid coronavirus. The sessions will also be archived and recording made accessible to reference or review. The site will offer new trainings updated regularly.
