• It's A Wrap #AmplifyAHS Mascot Movie Night: The Austin Humane Society will host a special screening of The Secret Life of Pets on Friday, March 2 beginning at 5:30 PM. • Longhorn Salsa Monthly Social: Texas Latin Dance at the University of Texas at Austin and Longhorn Salsa will host a Spring Fling Social on Friday, March 2 at 8 PM. • Just 1 Thing Heartlinks Family Fun Run/Walk: The Lone Star (TX) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated will host a Family Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, March 3 at 8 AM. This event concludes Heart Health Awareness Month and helps participants begin the journey to improving heart health through walking or running. • Family Hike: Join the fun as a family or individual on a Family Hike on Saturday, March 3 at 9 AM. This is a great event to meet new friends and discover beautiful Austin-area trails. • Rock Sale featuring Margaret Moser: South Austin Museum of Popular Culture and Margaret Moser's Rock Garage will host a Rock Sale on Saturday, March 3 beginning at 10 AM and Sunday, March 4 at 12 PM. • ABC Kite Fest: The annual ABC Kite Fest will be held on Sunday, March 4 from 10 AM - 5 PM. Held each year on the first Sunday in March, the ABC Kite Fest is one of Austin’s most beloved, family-friendly traditions. ABC Kite Fest boasts day-long activities for all ages, including the traditional kite flying contest and showcase, a fun run and MossFest, a children’s music concert.
