EVENT DETAILS:
Sunset Sessions was born out of the desire to see great bands in a beautiful setting without the hassle of braving large crowds, fighting for parking, or waiting in long lines. In true Eberly fashion, the restaurant has planned small bites and specialty cocktails inspired by each monthβs featured artist.
A portion of the proceeds from each showcase will benefit the SIMS Foundation, a local non-profit providing mental health and addiction recovery services for Austin musicians, music industry professionals, and their families in the effort to support the well-being of the Austin music community. In addition, in the week leading up to each show, Eberly will offer the special, artist-inspired cocktail in the Cedar Tavern, with $1 from each cocktail sold being donated to the foundation.
Tickets for the second showcase are now available online HERE and are expected to sell out quickly. Valet parking and a complimentary welcome drink of choice are included. Artist-inspired small bites and beverages will be available for purchase at the bar. Tickets for subsequent shows will be released the first week of each month.

Forged from an old print shop on South Lamar, Eberly is a thoughtful collection of dining, drinking, and thinking spaces, offering a welcoming study, a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown, and its crown jewel, the historic Cedar Tavern bar of Greenwich Village in New York City. Founded by a group of Austinites, the name Eberly serves as a tribute to Angelina Eberly, a local innkeeper who stood up to President Sam Houston and his Texas Rangers by firing a cannon to stave off a rebellion and preserve Austin as the capital of Texas in 1846. With an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients that reflect the season, the menu at Eberly features Contemporary American cuisine with timeless favorites that incorporate a modern spin. Located at 615 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704, the Dining Room at Eberly offers dinner Sunday - Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Cedar Tavern is open from 5 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays and 12 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. ABOUT SIMS FOUNDATION
SIMS Foundation provides mental health and addiction recovery services for Austin musicians, music industry professionals, and their families to support the well-being of the Austin music community. Live music is the heart and soul of Austin, but living as a musician can be a real challenge. Musicians and music professionals are at higher risk for mental illness and substance abuse, working under the stress of an unstable income, a skyrocketing cost of living, erratic tour schedules, distance from family and support, and constant proximity to drugs and alcohol. SIMS Foundation ensures that members of Austinβs music community have access to a full array of mental health and substance use recovery treatments, delivered with no barriers and at low or no cost.
