Interstate 35 Lane Closures In South Austin Postponed
Main lanes of I-35 near Oltorf Street and southbound U.S. 183 scheduled to be closed on Wednesday night now set for Thursday.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TEXAS β Lane closures along Interstate 35 in South Austin that had been scheduled for Wednesday night have been postponed because of rain, transportation officials said.
The main lanes of I-35 near Oltorf Street and southbound U.S. 183 were scheduled to be closed on Wednesday night to accommodate construction crews' removal of overhead sign bridges. But rainy conditions prompted Texas Department of Transportation officials to postpone the project until Thursday, Oct. 25, from 11:45 p.m. until 5 a.m. on Saturday.
