Liz Carpenter Fountain To Temporarily Close: Austin Parks
Site will temporarily close from May 14-16 to accommodate work at the adjacent Alliance Children's Garden, parks officials said.
AUSTIN, TX — The Liz Carpenter Fountain will temporarily close on Tuesday to accommodate work at the adjacent Alliance Children's Garden, city park officials said on Monday.
The closure at 1000 Barton Springs Rd. is scheduled from Tuesday, May 14, to Thursday, May 16, officials said. The site is expected to be reopened on Friday, May 17, parks officials added.
