From migas to stuffed doughnuts, these brunch locations are sure to satisfy any hungry Austinite.

Here are the top brunch locations in South Austin, according to Yelp. Which one is your favorite?

  1. Olivia

2043 S Lamar

Yelp reviewer Anna Z. from Kady W. from Austin, TX said: “Olivia’s a glorious place to have brunch. I’ve been twice thus far. The restaurant is decorated simply, but with a slightly upscale feel to it. The whole corner of the building is made of mostly glass, so you can get a nice street view of the cars going down Lamar.”

Yelp reviewer Iris R. from Houston, TX said: “I got the Migas with the medium sauce. I’ve tried Migas before at different brunch places but I must say --best Migas I have ever tried. It has jalapeños, tomatoes, and onions. The medium sauce compliments just perfectly. I like spicy food and I got to tell you, for a medium sauce it was on the spicier side!! I can’t imagine how the other sauce would taste. The cornbread they give as complimentary was fluffy, moist, the perfect consistency.”

3. Pacha

4619 Burnet Rd

Yelp reviewer Katie H. from Austin, TX said: “I had the smoked wild salmon plate on a toasted seeded bagel with cream cheese and tomato-dill pico and it was seriously slap-yo-mama good. PHENOMENAL even. I couldn’t help but make gleeful little moans as I took each bite- so much that my boyfriend rolled his eyes and asked if I needed some alone time, ha! He had the classic American breakfast with bacon and grilled potatoes and he said it was really well done and all the flavors worked together. We were so impressed!”

4. Bouldin Creek Cafe

1900 S 1st St

Yelp reviewer Tony Q. from Austin, TX said: “Awesome cocktail, amazing food, I highly recommend the grilled cheese with basil. It’s mind blowing, seriously! Service is always friendly. It’s a pleasant surprise to sit in a crowded place and watch the entire staff work as a team and ensure every guest is taken care of. Keep up the good work guys, I look forward to frequenting this place for years to come. Also, try the new pumpkin spice beer!”

5. Gourdough’s Public House

2700 S Lamar Blvd

Yelp reviewer Kate A. from Austin, TX said: “Lovely staff and big outdoor garden was comfy enough for us to settle in and order three donuts for two of us (sin-a-mon, the rum bread pudding and something with a lot of extra icing sugar who’s name I forget). But bl***y hell they’re good!! We made a valiant effort - and finished most of it. Crunchy and crispy and a little bit savoury under all the sweet toppings.”
