Winebelly Officials Teaming Up With Noted Chef For New South Austin Restaurant
Slated for July opening, Phoebe's Diner on Oltorf Street will feature myriad menu offerings in a kitchen run by chef Cameron Stuerzenberger.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX β Popular South Austin wine bar Winebelly is expanding with a new eatery called Phoebe's Diner on West Oltorf Street with a kitchen run by an esteemed local chef, according to a published report.
The new eatery to open just a few doors down from Winebelly at 533 W. Oltorf St. is a collaboration with chef Cameron Stuerzenberger, who formerly ran Fork & Vine, Bess Bistro and other dining spots, according to a report by Eater Austin.
Diner classics will be featured in the Phoebe's Diner menu, along with barbecue, pancakes, fried chicken, breakfast puffy tacos, migas, smoked pork ribs and more culinary delights. Eater Austin reports that the main focal point at Phoebe's Diner will be the bar, from where a variety of cocktails and coffee will be served.

Once open in July, the hours of operation will be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Eventual plans also call for a back patio, the website reported.
