Xplor at Circle C Holds Celebratory Butterfly Release
Students recognized Earth Day by releasing dozens of butterflies in their schoolyard
Students at Xplor Preschool & School Age Care at Circle C in Austin have caught the environmental bug! On April 22, students celebrated Earth Day and taking care of the planet by releasing dozens of butterflies throughout the schoolyard and back into the environment on plants, flowers and trees. Leading up to Earth Day, students learned about how caterpillars undergo metamorphosis to become butterflies. Xplor teaches the importance of community and exploring nature at an early age.
