Spring Man Who Vanished In Dripping Springs Found Dead
Domingo Alcaraz, who had not been seen since May 5, was found on May 23 in a heavily wooded area in Dripping Springs.

DRIPPING SPRINGS, TX — A Spring man who wandered off during a party after falling and injuring his head has been found dead, police said.
The Hays County Office announced that the body of Domingo Alcaraz, who had not been seen since May 5, was found on May 23 in a heavily wooded area in Dripping Springs.
Alcaraz, 45, was last seen in the 6800 block of Fitzhugh Road in Dripping Springs, Texas on Saturday, May 5 about 10 p.m.

At some point during the evening, Alcaraz injured his head and his tongue and wandered off.
He was reported missing on May 8, and officials said they believed Alcaraz could be in grave danger.

Once the Hays County Sheriff's Office was notified, search crews including K-9 units, drones, Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT), North Hays Fire Department and sheriff's office personnel were mobilized.
Officials said they do not suspect foul play at this time, and that an autopsy has been ordered.
His death is under investigation.
