Wildwood at Oakcrest Community Outreach Committee

Wildwood at Oakcrest is a fantastic residential community located near Tomball — just north of Houston in Cypress, TX — an inviting place to call home. The community features majestic trees and retaining ponds where residents enjoy catch-and-release fishing. Family-friendly common areas include a community center, pool, splash pad, playground equipment, and soccer field. Golfers can enjoy nearby Tomball Country Club, Windrose Golf Club, and Houston Oaks Golf Club. Close proximity to State Highway 249 and Grand Parkway 99 makes accessing other parts of the metropolitan area easy. As part of the highly regarded Tomball Independent School District, Wildwood at Oakcrest students attend Wildwood Elementary, Grand Oaks Elementary, Oakcrest Intermediate, Willow Wood Junior High, Grand Lakes Junior High (under construction), Tomball Memorial High, and Tomball STAR Academy High schools. Come for the homes. Stay for the community. Recently, we formed a Community Outreach Committee.

• The Community Outreach Committee is somewhat like the National Guard Reserve. Committee members may never be called into action unless needed. The motto is neighbors helping neighbors.
• If a homeowner receives a violation letter and circumstances are such that the homeowner does not have the means to address the violation, the homeowner may reach out to the committee at wwoakcrest.outreach@gmail.com.
• If the Community Outreach committee determines that it has the know-how to address the issue (e.g., mow a yard, fix a fence), the committee members will solve the problem via volunteer efforts.
