Richmond Hosts Fall Clean Up In October
Republic Services will make the rounds for three Saturday's in October to remove household waste, but there are things they won't take.

RICHMOND, TX -- The City of Richmond and Republic Services will host its Fall Clean Up Campaign for three consecutive Saturdays in October. Republic Services will collect household items placed on curbsides before 7 a.m. on Oct. 6, Oct. 13, and Oct. 20.
Residents living north of the railroad tracks, including the River’s Edge Subdivision, will have their household trash collected on Oct. 6. On Oct. 13, Republic Services will collect trash from areas east of the Brazos River, Jane Long Farms Subdivision, as well as areas east and south of 7th Street and north of Wheaton and Burnet Streets.
The final pickup will be Oct. 20 for residents living Del Webb, Williams Ranch, and the rest of the city.

- Hazardous Waste
- Tree and Brush Debris
- Appliances with freon
- Chemicals, pesticides or paint
- Fertilizer
- Explosives
- Ammunition
- Medical waste
- Gas cylinders
- Construction debris or materials
- Concrete
- Bleach
- Tires, engine oil, automotive parts
- Antifreeze
- Debris from vacant lots
- Fencing materials
- Asbestos
