Texas Court Clerk Assoc. Recognizes Missouri City Court Clerks
Brittany Rychlik and Dominique Garrick were recognized by the Texas Court Clerk Association for excellence.

MISSOURI CITY, TX —Two of Missouri City's municipal court clerks were recently recognized by the Texas Court Clerk Association. Brittany Rychlik, who serves as the city's director of municipal court services, has earned the organization’s Excellence Award for exemplary performance of an individual in the court profession, serving in a non-judicial capacity, and Court Clerk Dominique Garrick has earned the Distinguished Service Award which highlights a service, program, task or endeavor performed by an individual in a court profession, serving in a non-judicial capacity.
Rychlik, who has served with the City since January 2017 received the award at TCCA’s annual conference banquet on Oct. 9 in Plano.
In a news release regarding its decision, TCCA also said the recognition is given to an individual “who brings honor, public awareness or enhances the image of the Association, and whose actions through major achievements, benefit the entire membership by consistently demonstrating professionalism and the pursuit of excellence. The recipient may receive this award only once in a lifetime and must have previously received the Distinguished Service and Extraordinary Achievement awards.”

Rychlik said she nominated Dominique for her improvement and excellence in customer service skills and communication skills. Due to her growth, we are also developing her in more leadership/court administration areas to one day assist in leading the team.
City Manager Anthony J. Snipes applauded the accomplishment of both team members.
"These achievements are yet another example of our exemplary public servants who consistently provide superior customer service to the citizens and of their commitment to the City values of our high-performance organization," Snipes said.
