Police ID Woodlands Streaker As Tulsa Sex Offender

Officials have identified the man who stripped naked in three Woodlands area shopping areas as Steven Dale Brazeal, 57, from Tulsa, Oklahoma

THE WOODLANDS, TX — Law enforcement officials have identified the man who has stripped down to his birthday suit in three different stores in The Woodlands as a registered Oklahoma sex offender.

On May 24, law enforcement released images of a man responsible for multiple incidents of indecent exposure in Montgomery County as well as Harris County.

Officials later identified the indecent exposure suspect as, Steven Dale Brazeal, 57.

Brazeal is wanted through the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Shenandoah Police Department and Oak Ridge Police Department on indecent exposure.

Police have identified the man who stripped naked in three stores in The Woodlands as 57-year-old Steven Dale Brazeal, who is a registered sex ofender from Oklahoma.

During the investigation, detectives working with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration Unit learned that Brazeal is a lifetime registered sex offender in Oklahoma.

Detectives also learned that Brazeal has a history of indecent exposure from Oklahoma.

Officials said Brazeal was arrested on May 23, for failure to register as a sex offender by the Tulsa Police Department, but was able to bond out.

Due to the deviant acts Brazeal continues to commit, three warrants have been issued for his arrest for indecent exposure.

The Tulsa Police Department is assisting the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in locating Brazeal.
