The Texas Familias Council will hold a social worker networking event on Sept. 15 in Spring.
SPRING, TX — The Texas Familias Council will hold a networking conference for community organizations on Sept. 15 at the Lone Star Family Health Center, 440 Rayford Rd. in Spring.
The event will bring together various sectors of community engagement professionals so that they might develop stronger networks with each other and the diverse populations they serve.
There will be guided discussions about creating solutions to the complex problems facing developing communities in Montgomery County. Some of the techniques that will be explored include: the arts, education, family support services and economic empowerment.
