Township Discusses Incorporation Planning

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Township Board of Directors held an Incorporation Planning Session on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, to discuss future governance.

The Board of Directors discussed the following incorporation-related matters on the Regular Agenda:

• Adopted the revised project schedule.
• Approved Tuesday, September 25, 2018 as the date for the first public forum.
• Approved the development of an incorporation survey that would provide statistically valid results and would be implemented once the final financial report is complete.

The next scheduled incorporation planning session is scheduled for 4 p.m. Thursday, July 19, 2018 and the next public input-focused incorporation planning session will be relating to public safety alternatives and will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018.

These meetings are held at The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd., The Woodlands, Texas 77381, on the same days as the Board’s regular business meetings.
