Department of Health Starts Distributing $250 Gift Cards Tuesday

Vaccinated individuals may be eligible to pick up a $250 gift card. Check out the requirements and the distribution sites.

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — Got vaccinated? You might be eligible for a $250 gift card. Starting Tuesday, Sept. 28, the V.I. Department of Health will distribute gift cards to up to 9,999 individuals. To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You received 1 dose of a 1-dose vaccine series like Janssen between August 9, 2021 and September 30, 2021.
  • You received your second dose of a two dose vaccine series between August 9, 2021 and September 30, 2021

If you meet these criteria, head to one of the distribution locations, which will be open every weekday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. until November 30, 2021. Locations for pick-up are:

  • The Community Vaccination Centers on St. Croix
  • The Community Vaccination Centers on St. Thomas
  • The Morris de Castro Clinic on St. John

Don't forget to bring your vaccination card and a valid picture ID.
