🌱 Gas Prices Soar While Covid Cases Drop Below 50 + Job Postings

• Let's start with some good news: there are less than 50 COVID-19 cases across the territory, according to the V.I. Dept. of Health. That's the lowest level of active infections since early December, via the VI Consortium.
• Christopher Turnbull of New York pleaded guilty on Tuesday to possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Turnbull told the court that on November 11, 2020, he was at the Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C. when he was approached by an unknown man and offered $15,000 to transport a black carry-on suitcase to St. Thomas. Upon landing in St. Thomas, Turnbull was selected for inspection by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. CBP officers found approximately 3.8 kilograms of marijuana in his carry-on.
