Grace Delivers Plenty Of Rain, Light Winds

Tropical Storm Grace brings heavy rain, thunder, and lightning but stays disorganized with light winds.

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — Tropical Storm Grace will dump a lot of rain on the territory on Sunday but winds will be relatively calm, with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph.

The storm remained disorganized by midday Sunday as it moves south of Puerto Rico. Storm conditions are expected to last through Sunday night.

The National Hurricane Center warned that heavy rainfall could lead to flash flooding and mudslides.
