Human Remains Found In Smith Bay, Police Investigating

Police are investigating the cause of death after human remains are found in the bushes near Smith Bay.

ST. THOMAS, USVI — On September 17, police received a call from a concerned citizen who had noticed a foul odor near his home in Smith Bay. Officers later discovered human remains in the bushes.

The cause of death is unknown, pending the autopsy. And the police have not yet released an identity.
