ST. THOMAS, USVI — A man told police he was at an establishment in Conant on Wednesday night when he heard gunshots and then realized he had been shot, according to a Virgin Island Police Department press release.
The victim is being treated at Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center. His condition has not been released. The victim told the police he does not know who shot him.
