Ricardo Richards Elementary Resumes In-Person Operations Oct. 14

The damaged pipe that disrupted water service to the school has been repaired.

ST. CROIX, USVI — Ricardo Richards Elementary School will resume in-person operations on Oct. 14. Repairs have been made to a damaged underground pipe that caused water-service interruption on Oct. 8.

WAPA crews and Department of Education maintenance employees jointly worked on the project.
