A ruptured water main disrupted water service from the Subbase area to downtown Charlotte Amalie.

ST. THOMAS, USVI — A ruptured water main on Monday night disrupted potable water service throughout the Subbase area and potentially extending to downtown Charlotte Amalie. The V.I. Water and Power Authority announced the disruption on Monday evening just after 6 p.m. Water Operations crews depressurized the water system to minimize water loss.
