USVI District Attorney: Ricardo Richards Elementary Continues Virtual Learning

ST. CROIX, USVI – The Ricardo Richards Elementary School will continue to hold classes virtually for all grades on Oct. 13, as repairs continue on underground piping that has been identified as the source of the water service interruption impacting the campus.

WAPA and Department of Education maintenance crews are jointly working on repairs.
The school was dismissed early on Oct. 8 and remained virtual on Oct. 12 due to the water service interruption.
