VIPD: St. Thomas Man Arrested For Robbing The Ice Cream Shop

Police say they arrested Allen Samuel, age 47 of Altona, in connection with the burglary of The Ice Cream Shop on Sept. 19.

ST. THOMAS, USVI — Allen Samuel, age 47 of Altona, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the Sept. 19 burglary of The Ice Cream Shop, said Police Spokesman Toby Derima.

Samuel has been charged with third-degree burglary, petit larceny, destruction of property, and aiding and abetting.

Bail for Samuel was set at $25,000. Unable to post bail, he was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections, pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
