Virgin Islands Department Of Education: Ricardo Richards Elementary Resumes In-Person Operations

WAPA crews and Department of Education maintenance employees jointly worked on the project.

ST. CROIX, USVI – The Ricardo Richards Elementary School will resume in-person operations on Oct. 14, following repairs to a damaged underground pipe that caused water-service interruption at the school on Oct. 8.

Classes were held virtually while repairs were being made. WAPA crews and Department of Education maintenance employees jointly worked on the project. The Department of Education thanks the school’s employees, parents, and students for their patience as the issue was resolved.
