WAPA St. Thomas Customer Service Offices Reopens Monday

WAPA's customer service offices in the Port of Sale Mall will reopen during normal operating hours on Monday, July 19

ST. THOMAS, USVI — The Water and Power Authority's Customer Service offices at Port of Sale Mall, St. Thomas will resume normal operating hours on Monday, July 19, 2021. Cashiers and customer service representatives will be on hand beginning at 7:30 a.m. to address customer’s concerns and accept payment on accounts.

WAPA encourages customers to avoid the line at the customer service locations and utilize other payment options including online transactions at www.viwapa.vi, pay-by-phone, or by depositing a check or postal money order in the drop boxes at customer service locations on all three islands. Auto Pay is another convenient payment option available to customers of the V.I. Water and Power Authority.
