New White House Press Secretary Named
First lady Melania Trump announced the appointment of the new White House press secretary.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Stephanie Grisham, the director of communications for first lady Melania Trump, will be the new White House press secretary and director of communications, the first lady announced on Tuesday.
"Excited to have Stephanie working for both sides of the @WhiteHouse," Mrs. Trump wrote in a tweet.
Grisham will be the third White House press secretary, following the departure of Sarah Huckabee Sanders, which was announced earlier this month. Sanders assumed the post of White House Press Secretary after the resignation of Sean Spicer, who stepped down from the position just six months into the start of the new administration.
