Obamacare Repeal: CBO Estimates 32 Million Would Lose Health Insurance By 2026
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell pledged Wednesday that he would move forward with a repeal bill next week.

WASHINGTON, DC — The Congressional Budget Office said Wednesday that 32 million more people would be uninsured by 2026 if the Senate goes through with its plans to "repeal" Obamacare. Health insurance premiums would also double by that time.
As early as 2018, 17 million people would be without insurance, according to the CBO report. The legislation would also reduce the deficit by $473 billion dollars.
Eamon Javers of CNBC reported that after the report was released, the White House issued the following statement: "We continue to believe that CBO’s methodology is flawed."

He also brushed away doubts that the Senate would not move forward with the bill.
“What I want to disabuse any of you of is the notion that we will not have the vote on the motion to proceed next week,” he said.
GOP Health Care Reform Collapse: Infighting Ensues
While the bill under consideration has been called the "repeal" option, it does not actually remove the current health care legislation from the books. Instead, it would essentially defund Obamacare and roll back the mandate to buy insurance while leaving its regulations in place.
It's not clear where the president stands on health care plans at the moment. In the last two days, he has said that he wants to completely repeal Obamacare, to let Obamacare fail on its own, and to pass the Senate's Better Health Care Act reform bill. He also indicated he wants to end the Senate filibuster.
