Sarah Huckabee Sanders Delivers White House Press Briefing: July 19

WASHINGTON, DC — Principal Deputy White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will deliver an off-camera briefing for reporters at 2 p.m. Eastern.
Earlier in the day, President Trump spoke at a meeting of the "Election Integrity" commission, which he appointed after claiming without evidence that millions of illegal votes swung the 2016 popular vote to Hillary Clinton. Trump is also currently dealing with the fallout of the failure of the GOP plans to overhaul health care; he has said since Tuesday that he wants to let Obamacare fail on its own, to pass "repeal" of Obamacare and wait on "replace," and to continue work on the Senate's "repeal and replace" bill.
The White House has been criticized for moving the vast majority of press briefings off camera. The last time the press office held a televised briefing was June 29. This story will be updated when Sanders's comments are made public.
