Watch Live Stream: President Trump's Joint Statement With Prime Minister Modi
The two world leaders are not expected to answer questions after their statements.

WASHINGTON, DC — President Trump will deliver a joint statement with India's Prime Minister Modi Monday at around 5:15 p.m. Eastern at the White House. You can watch a live stream of the statements on Patch.
Modi and Trump are not expected to take questions following their statements. White House officials have advised that today's event is not a press conference, only a statement from the two world leaders. This follows a pattern of behavior from the White House increasingly distancing itself from scrutiny, as the vast majority of its press briefings now occur off-camera. Following the statement, Modi will have dinner with the president and the first lady. He arrived at the White House before 4 p.m. Eastern.
