AT Sangha Yoga

AT Sangha Yoga will host a special Winter Solstice Yoga + Handpan Sound Bath on Sunday, December 21 from 4:00–5:30 PM at its current location, 88 High Street.
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and the symbolic return of the light. This event offers a peaceful way for the community to slow down during the holiday season and reconnect through movement, intention, and sound.
Participants will enjoy:

A Winter Solstice stone-charging ritual

1 hour of immersive handpan sound healing with Jim LoPresti

A take-home intention stone for the season

This calming, reflective gathering is designed to help guests release stress, welcome stillness, and embrace the energy of a new season.

The event will be held at 88 High Street before AT Sangha Yoga relocates to River Street in January.

Traci will guide gentle restorative poses for each chakra while Dani’s live cello creates warm, grounding vibrations. A perfect way to close out the year — and our very last event at 88 High Street.
