Come shake off the cold and any holiday stress! Reclaim your peace! After a visualization journey reinforced by the sound bath a meditative state naturally occurs. it usually takes 5 minutes to gather normal mental faculties afterwards as most have experienced some form of experiential journey, being left relaxed and with more energy.
I will be preparing the room using Reiki so that the space is intentionally energized, and resonating with healing, invigorating and uplifting frequencies to enhance the meditative state. Participants say it is not your average sound bath experience. Treat yourself by taking advantage of the calming healing space.
