We teach classes and private lessons in Tai Chi flow (exercise), Traditional Northern Wu Tai Chi.
Tai chi is a Chinese martial art. As part of the training method Tai Chi developed a unique slow practice method with incredible array of health benefits, especially for balance.
Tai Chi Flow class is traditional Tai Chi movements presented in a familiar, easy to follow, exercise class format. Just follow along and enjoy the flow! This method has been adopted by the VA Community Care Network for its proven health benefits. Just follow along, No memorization required!
Traditional Wu Style Tai Chi – Traditional Tai Chi has all the same health benefit as the flow class but is deeper and more detailed. Requires some memorization and practice at home. Wu style is know as one of the softest styles and especially for its health benefits.
