Vivian J. Malone Preserve - Texas Land Conservancy

TLC's Malone Preserve, featuring woodlands, prairies, bottomlands, and 1,700 feet along the Nolan River, is open the first weekend of each month. These weekends are self-guided with no planned programming unless noted otherwise. Fall/Winter hours are 7am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday, and the gate locks promptly at 6pm. Overnight camping is not permitted.

Fall Creek Ranch

Experience Texas like never before at TALT's Run for the Range, hosted at the stunning Fall Creek Ranch. Race through 1,500 acres of prairies, creek crossings, and rolling hills on a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon course, or you can join as a Couch Conservationist to support from home. This fun event celebrates land, water, and wildlife while supporting the conservation of Texas' working lands for generations to come. After the race enjoy warm food, cold beer and live music in a setting as unforgettable as the cause.
