Bio: I was born in Arkansas and grew up in Hazelwood, Missouri. I attended Armstrong Elementary and graduated from Hazelwood West High School.

I have always had an interest in news, history and story-telling and realized my junior year of high school that journalism was my career path.

I have worked at newspapers, television and radio stations in Columbia, Missouri; Utica, New York; Myrtle Beach-Florence, South Carolina; and Jacksonville, Florida.
