Firefighters arrived to find that the fire had caused smoke to billow throughout the home by the time they arrived.
The chase continued until the car crashed into the cinder block and wrought iron fence, preventing it from plowing into the home.

They say that Raymond Martinez, 24, and his brother Ulysses Martinez, 22, were at a home when the arrest took place.
Even though it has sat vacant for years, people are unsure that the property's best use is what the city is moving forward with.

Deputies say that the suspect is known to them, but did not disclose the crime that they had committed to reach that status.
It happened at OC Diamond Estate Jewelry, located in the 100 block of S. Glassell Street in Orange, on Sept. 17 at midday.
"A male adult was seen driving away from the scene and was then involved in a solo traffic collision a few miles away," deputies said.
" [The robberies] had a psychological impact on our workers," owner Jawad Ursani said. "They're afraid."
