Winnetka Public Library

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Use your imagination and have fun! Enter the “Nursery Rhyme Contest,” sponsored by the Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District.
 Eligibility: Age 16 and up. Submission Rules: One poem per entrant, maximum of eight lines, no title. (The poem will be identified by its first line.) It must be your own original work, unpublished in print/online, and it shouldn't have won a prior contest.
Entries may be submitted to <a href="https://poetry@winnetkalibrary.org/" id="OWA4170a0c7-4137-7e81-0003-bf36332e2db9" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">poetry@wnpld.org</a> from Feb. 25 through March 5.
 In the body of your email, include:
<ul><li>Your name</li><li>The first line of your poem</li><li>Your contact information (email address and/or phone number)</li></ul>
Please attach just your poem as a Word document or similar, with no&nbsp;identifying personal information. Alternatively, poems may be mailed to the Winnetka Library, c/o Nick Mall, 768 Oak St., Winnetka, IL 60093. Typed please, with two pages – one page with your name, phone number, and the first line of the poem. On the second page, just your poem. Winning entries: Winners will be notified by March 20. Prizes will be awarded for First, Second, and Third Places. One Honorable Mention will be selected.
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Winnetka Author and Poet Charlotte Digregorio will judge the contest. Her latest book, available through the library, is Wondrous Instruction and Advice from Global Poets.
