Hello there! I'm a native of the Denver area and graduated from the University of Denver. In my news career, I've worked as an editor and reporter for newspapers in Downstate Illinois and the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C., including for a division of Gannett, publisher of USA Today. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching sports and volunteer work, and I'm a big fan of the TV game show "Jeopardy."
