David Carlin, Neighbor

David Carlin is President and CEO of the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Partnership and oversees all facets of its work. Previously, David served as District Director for two Members of Congress and as a Senior Adviser in the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office.

David’s undergraduate degree is in public administration and political science and he is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
