The holiday season in Chicago sparkles a little brighter at LondonHouse Chicago’s Holiday Tea. With sweeping views of the Chicago River and festive décor throughout the lobby, our annual tea tradition offers the perfect blend of sophistication and seasonal charm.
From Saturday, November 22, 2025 through Sunday, January 11, 2026, guests are invited to enjoy a daily tea service from 11am to 3pm. Our Afternoon Holiday Tea is an elegant escape designed for both special celebrations and simple moments with family and friends.

While adults enjoy refined flavor combinations, younger guests will delight in a menu designed just for them. Kid-friendly bites bring the joy of the season to the table in both taste and presentation, ensuring the whole family can share in the experience together.
Rare Teas &amp; Holiday Toasts
Our curated tea program, presented in partnership with Rare Tea Cellar, features a mix of classic black, green, and herbal teas as well as unique seasonal blends with notes of berries, citrus, and florals. To enhance the occasion, guests may also choose from sparkling wines, champagne, or spirit-free mocktails crafted with the same care as our cocktails.

A Dream Deferred - Concert Celebrating the Life and Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The Kindness Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Chicago real estate brokerage <a href="https://www.bhhschicago.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago</a>, made 2025 year-end grants of $10,000 to the Sunshine Kids which supports children undergoing cancer treatment, $20,000 to Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity that works toward building strength, stability and self-reliance in partnership with families in need of decent and affordable housing, and $5,000 to the HomeServices Foundation for Housing Equity which is dedicated to increasing homeownership and building generational wealth for communities of color through targeted education, investment in individuals, financial assistance, and community reinvestment initiatives.
