Helene Elizabeth Kelly

With more than 25 years of experience, Helene has served as project manager and strategic communications consultant for corporations, for profit and non-profit organizations in various industries including health care, financial and banking, higher education, technology, manufacturing, and economic development.

Presently, Helene owns and operates Clay Communications & Marketing. She has managed this agency for more than 25 years and has maintained a core client list, which includes regional and global industry leaders.

Prior to this, Helene worked for several Boston-based high tech public relations firms providing strategic direction, client management and overseeing media relations programs. She managed accounts in numerous markets including advanced technology, home health care, fintech, and manufacturing.

She worked for several large Connecticut advertising and public relations agencies managing some of their most noted and marquee clients. She served as Assistant Director of Marketing for a leading state-funded agency overseeing varied multi-million-dollar state contracts for the Department of Labor, Department of Public Health, Department of Economic Development and Department of Public Utility Control.

Specializing in strategic planning, Helene provides digital advertising, creative branding, social media consistency programs, comprehensive marketing communications planning and programs that includes public relations, brochures, sell sheets, customer experience, event and conference management, qualitative and quantitative research. She secures speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives for her clients.

She also owned her own Advertising and Public Relations business with two office locations in Hartford and New Haven.

Most recently, she became a Best Selling Author of "Unlocking Success" co-authored by NY Times Best Selling Author Jack Canfield, "Chicken Soup for the Soul" series and international motivational speaker.

Helene holds a B.S. in Communications from Emerson College, Boston. She is certified by MIT in AI for Business Strategies.
