Bio: Elyssa Millspaugh is the Field Editor of Ellington-Somers Patch, Enfield Patch, Mansfield-Storrs Patch, South Windsor Patch, Tolland Patch, Vernon Patch, Windsor Patch and Windsor Locks Patch.

Prior to her current responsibilities, Elyssa served as the founding Local Editor of Mansfield-Storrs Patch and then as Community Editor of several Connecticut Patch sites.

Elyssa graduated from the University of Connecticut in May 2010 with degrees in Journalism and English and a Minor in Political Science.

There, she served as Senior Producer of the News Department at the University's student-run television station, UCTV.

During her time at UConn, Elyssa was selected by the National Society of Collegiate Scholars to participate in the International Scholar Laureate Program Delegation on Communications & Journalism in Australia, and secured internships as a Copy Editor for Boston's Weekly Dig and in the Web Department at WVIT in Connecticut.
